Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. -Return the key to the lockbox

Maximum Occupancy:

• The maximum occupancy of the property is 3 guests. If there is more than 2 guests, please let us know so we can make sure extra linen is put in the property. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

Quiet Hours:

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors' peace and privacy.

Smoking and Pets:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property due to potential allergies and sensitivities of other guests.

Parties and Events:

• Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted without prior written consent from the host. Small, quiet gatherings may be allowed with host approval.

Cleaning and Rubbish:

• Please keep the property tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning after your departure.
• Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated bins.

Damage and Breakages:

• Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported to the host immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.

Respect for Neighbors:

• Be respectful of the neighbors' privacy and tranquility. Keep noise levels down, especially when outdoors.

Security and Locks:

• Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorised individuals.

Amenities and Appliances:

• Use all appliances and amenities (such as the kitchen, laundry, and entertainment systems) responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions. Please clean them before leaving the property -Important!! Please keep the air-conditioning SWITCHED ON all the time even after checkout

• WiFi is provided for guests' convenience. Please refrain from using the connection for illegal activities or excessive bandwidth consumption.
