Located just 1.5 miles from the Parkway and minutes from The Island, this stunning retreat puts you in the heart of the action while providing a serene sanctuary to return to.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout is designed for entertainment across multiple levels. The main level offers an open-concept living room with an electric fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. The primary suite on this level is a dream come true, boasting a king bed and a magnificent walk-out deck with its own fireplace and outdoor TV. On the upper level, guests will find a fun entertainment hub with arcade games, including Ms. Pac-Man and NBA Jam, alongside two additional king bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. The lower level is a dedicated oasis featuring a private, heated indoor pool (6' x 13'), open 24/7 and kept at a comfortable 80–82°F, as well as a game area with foosball, darts, and cornhole.

3. There is a $150 nonrefundable fee per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs. There is a 50lb weight limit. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub! No Cats Allowed. Please clean up after your pets. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).
4. This property has a maximum of 12 guests. This has been determined by local authorities for safety reasons. If you have more than the maximum number of guests without approval, you will be asked to leave right away, and there will be no refund.
5. There can be no more than 3 vehicles on the property. If you bring more than 3 vehicles, you will be asked to remove them.
6. The use of firearms, fireworks, and any weapons are prohibited on the property. This is a local and state law, and against the rules of the subdivision. If firearms, fireworks, or any weapons are used on the property, the local authorities will be called, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
7. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children in the hot tub and pool. The hot tub and pool does not have any lifeguards on duty. Using the hot tub and pool is at your own risk. Guests agree that they will use the hot tub and pool at their own risk. No food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub or pool. No pets are allowed in the hot tub and pool. No soaps or bath salts are allowed in the hot tub and pool.
8. No metal items or umbrellas are allowed in the pool. This can cause rusting issues or can wear down the protective layer of the pool.
9. Do not leave the fireplaces unattended while in use.
10. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. If there is a smell of smoking inside the home, you will be charged for all costs that come with getting rid of the smell. If you smoke outside, it's your responsibility to put out and get rid of your cigarette butts safely.
11. Guests must only use the property for legal reasons. Any other use, including but not limited to illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, sex trafficking, etc. will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and local authorities will be contacted immediately.
12. Smoke alarms are safety requirements. During your stay, if you hear the alarm chirping, please let us know right away so that we can make arrangements to replace the battery. It is prohibited to tamper with or turn off smoke alarms.
13. There is a security camera located on the front exterior of the cabin. If any guest tampers with, turns off, or covers the camera, they will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued. Camera does not view any private area.
14. When you leave during your stay or at check out, all exterior doors and windows must be locked.
15. No parties or events allowed on the property.
16. Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.
17. Our cancellation policy is followed in all instances including weather, power outages, illness, and any circumstances out of our control. Power outages are rare but can occur anytime during the year. No refunds will be given for power outages.
