• Parking: Please do NOT park in or block the driveway, as it is strictly reserved for the upstairs residents.

• Shared Spaces: Guests have the entire lower level to themselves but will share the laundry facilities and the foyer with the owners' family or other guests in the upstairs level.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Please note there is no television in the room; guests should use their own devices for entertainment.
