Welcome to our cute little house in Playa del Carmen, a familiar and welcoming space designed for relaxed travelers who appreciate the natural beauty of the Mexican Caribbean. This home has been curated with love and care by our family, and we are delighted to share this personal sanctuary with you for an amazing stay filled with great moments.

The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with closets for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in one room and twin beds in the second, along with 1 bathroom to serve the group. For those needing extra flexibility, there is also a single sofa bed located in the living room.

While the house is simple and cozy, it is thoughtfully equipped to enhance your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who enjoy preparing meals. For entertainment and relaxation, the home includes a good speaker, a TV, and various games and toys for small children. To make your trips to the coast effortless, we provide essential beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and towels.

Located in Quintana Roo, the house serves as an excellent base for exploring the entire Riviera Maya. It is situated close to the center of Playa and is just eight blocks from the sea, placing you near the action while remaining far enough from the hustle and bustle to ensure your trip is as relaxed as you expect.

Guests have full access to the entire house and the convenience of parking in the garage. You are invited to grab a couple of chairs and relax outdoors. Please note that the back patio is shared with the neighbors upstairs; we kindly ask that you stay on the right side of the patio as seen from the kitchen door, which is clearly marked by a slightly lower floor level.
