Respect for the premises: ❖Throughout the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to make it in perfect general condition upon departure. ❖Avoid any harmful or destructive behavior. ❖Please clean and respect the property and its surroundings. ❖Please report any malfunction or breakage during the stay.

Non-Smoking: ❖Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas.

Security: ❖Lock the door if you're away. As a host, we cannot be responsible for theft, loss or damage to the accommodation if the rental is not properly closed (windows + front door locked). ❖A fee of €50 will be applied if the keys are lost.

Animals: ❖Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed.

Number of occupants: ❖The number of guests indicated at the time of booking must be respected. ❖If you wish to host visitors during your stay, please ask for our prior consent. ❖Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to sleep on the premises without a fee. ❖The total number of occupants must not exceed 4 people maximum.

Noises: ❖Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. ❖Avoid excessive or disruptive noise.

Parties and events within the rental: ❖No parties, events or gatherings are allowed in our furnished accommodation. ❖Commercial filming and other professional uses are strictly prohibited.

Furniture: ❖Furniture, table and chairs must not be taken outside. ❖If furniture is moved during the stay, it must be returned to its original place upon departure. ❖No drinking alcohol or eating in bed.

Energy management: ❖Be sure to turn off the TV, lights, heating, and air conditioning when leaving the space to help conserve energy. ❖Turn off the radiators if you leave the windows open.

Trash: ❖The garbage containers are located in an open room at the entrance of the residence just after the gate. ❖In the recyclable household packaging bin (yellow lid) deposited in bulk, without a bag just cleaned, just emptied, all packaging in plastic, cardboard, metal and paper. ❖In the household waste bin (brown lid) all your household waste is to be placed in a bag. Rubble, small household appliances, hazardous waste, batteries, plants and textiles are prohibited.

In the event of a violation of the house rules: ❖Termination of the rental agreement with loss of the security deposit. You'll need to check out before the agreed-upon checkout date to follow up on the interruption of your stay. ❖In case of damage or breakage, the items must be replaced with identical ones or refunded using the security deposit. ❖If the cleaning does not meet the minimum hygiene standards, additional cleaning and maintenance hours will be charged.
