Guest Registration: All guests must be registered before their check-in by providing their full name and passport number to the host.

Check-in Information: If guest information is not provided at the scheduled check-in time (4pm), it will be considered a "no-show" and the reservation will be canceled.

External Visitors: External visitors are allowed subject to prior registration before 8pm and with an extra charge of 60,000 COP per visitor per night

Late Check-in: Any guest check-in request made after check-in time will be treated as a visitor request and will not be considered.

Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is from 3pm.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability, for an additional fee of 65 USD.

Luggage Management: Luggage cannot be left at the reception without prior notification to the host.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of $100 for any violation.

Damage Policy:

We understand that accidents happen, but we also ask our guests to treat our home with care. If an item is damaged or broken during your stay, we will assess the situation. If the item cannot be repaired to its original condition, we will charge a fixed replacement fee as outlined below. These fees will be used to replace the damaged item so that future guests can enjoy our home as much as you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
