While the studio focuses on efficiency and comfort, it offers several high-quality interior details. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, featuring a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a wide variety of kitchen utensils. One of the standout features of the home is the private balcony, which provides a lovely overlook of the building's swimming pool.

Location and Building Highlights: Situated in the heart of Comunidad de Madrid, this accommodation offers the added bonus of a seasonal swimming pool. Please note that the pool is typically open during the summer months, specifically from mid-June to mid-September, with a limit of 3 tickets available for pool access.

• Requirements: Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. A smartphone with internet access is required to enter the apartment.

• Policies: Parties and similar events are strictly prohibited.
• Additional Notes: Baby cots are available to rent for €35 per stay; please contact the host prior to arrival to request one. For same-day bookings, check-in cannot be guaranteed before 17:30h.
