The apartment is designed for versatility and comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total capacity for 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to accommodate various group needs: one bedroom features a queen size bed for two guests, while the second area includes a set of single trundle beds (where one bed pulls out from under the other) sleeping an additional two guests. For extra flexibility, a sofa bed is available to accommodate 1-2 more guests. Each unit also provides the convenience of one assigned underground parking space, accessible via Hidalgo Ave.

Located in a vibrant area, you will be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and delightful spots, making it easy to explore the local culture and cuisine.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (100% self-check-in/out)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Mandatory Registration: To receive access codes, guests must complete an online registration with personal info, a selfie, and an official ID no later than 10:30 PM prior to arrival.
• Late Arrivals: If arriving after 1:59 AM, please notify staff by 10:30 PM for a new access code.
• Pet Policy: Pets up to 15 kg are welcome for a fee of $210 MXN per pet per night (maximum 1 pet; pets must not be left unattended).
• Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning is not included. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory cleaning fee of $500 MXN + tax applies every 7 nights.
• Quiet Hours: 22:00 – 08:00
• Other: Missing access cards are charged at $30 USD + tax per card. Please ensure the total guest count is accurate at booking to ensure proper linen provision.
