To ensure a seamless arrival, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Per building regulations, a team member will meet you personally at the property to complete the check-in process. Please note that guests must submit soft copies of their passports prior to arrival.

Strict house rules apply to maintain the quality of the home: smoking is strictly prohibited inside (violation results in a fee of AED 3500), and shoes must be removed upon entry. The property is for domestic stay only; commercial operations are not permitted. Late check-outs are subject to availability; unauthorized late departures are charged at AED 250 per hour. Additionally, lost access or parking cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 500 per item. Please be mindful that construction sites may be present nearby, as is common throughout Dubai.
