Other things to note
I kindly ask guests not to smoke inside the apartment, as I personally live there during periods when the apartment is not rented and I am a non-smoker.

Please also respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM to maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere in the residence.
