WEEKLY CLEANING AND LINEN SERVICE

For every 7 nights of stay, a change of linen and a cleaning must be performed, as required by regional law no. 29 of May 1996. 11, Chapter VII, Article 17, Comma 2, Letter a.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND COUNTING INFANTS

Infants are also included in the bed count, so they must be included in the total number of guests at the time of booking. In the event of a reservation with a number of guests exceeding the permitted number, access to the property will be denied without the possibility of a refund.

MANDATORY ONLINE CHECK-IN

Online check-in is mandatory and must be completed correctly by all guests prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be provided.

Online check-in must include:

• Uploading a valid identification document for each Guest, including minors, as required by Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Consolidated Law on Public Security). It is recommended to carefully check the expiration date on the document. Only the following documents are accepted: – Residents of Italy: ID card; – Residents in Europe: identity card; – Residents outside Europe: passport.

• Payment of the accommodation tax, as established by Regional Law No. 10 of July 18, 2023.

In the event of missing or incorrect information, the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo reserves the right to deny access to the property without the possibility of a refund.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT AND LUGGAGE STORAGE

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out must be approved by Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo. In-person check-in is available upon request, subject to availability, at a cost of €50.

Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. Late check-out must be approved by Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo and will incur a fee of €30.

Luggage storage is not allowed under any circumstances, either before check-in or after checkout.

GENERAL RULES AND APPLICABLE PENALTIES

• Guests must respect the General Rules and follow all instructions provided by Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo during their stay. Failure to comply will result in the interruption of the stay for all Guests. In such cases, no refund is provided.

• It is forbidden to check in or check out outside of the established hours or any hours previously agreed upon with Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo. In the event of unauthorized early check-in, late check-in, late check-out, or failure to comply with the agreed-upon times, a penalty of €150 will be applied.

• When checking out, guests must make sure all doors and windows are locked, to prevent damage caused by the weather and to ensure the safety of the property. In the event of non-compliance, a penalty of €200 will be applied. Any theft or damage resulting from failure to close will be borne by the Guests.

• No smoking inside the property. In the event of a violation, a penalty of €250 will be applied.

• Bringing pets into the property is prohibited. In the event of a violation, a penalty of €250 will be applied.

• No parties, meetings or gatherings of any kind on the property. A €150 penalty will be applied in the event of a violation.

• Unauthorized visitors are prohibited from entering the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo. A €150 penalty will be applied in the event of a violation. Any overnight stays of additional guests must be approved in advance by the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo and may incur extra costs.

• Guests must keep quiet at night and limit noise during the day, so as not to disturb the neighbors. Excessive noise at any time, may lead to the interruption of the stay. In such cases, no refund is provided.

• Guests must immediately report any discussions or complaints with neighbors to the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo.

• Guests must correctly separate their waste, using the appropriate containers.

• It is forbidden to leave scattered waste or garbage bags inside the accommodation at check-out. In the event of a violation, a penalty of €50 will be applied.

• Guests must turn off lights and appliances (such as the TV) when not in use, to help save energy.

• Guests must promptly report any damage or breakage to the property or furnishings to the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo. Guests are required to compensate for any damage caused.

• In case of excessive dirt, a penalty of €250 will be applied.

• In case of emergencies (for example: water leaks, fires, breakdowns, etc.), the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo is authorized to access the accommodation even without the consent of the Guests.

BILLING

Invoices cannot be issued to companies.

LIABILITY OF ALPAN EXPERIENCE DI BELLOTTO MATTEO

The Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo is committed to providing the accommodation in the conditions indicated in the listing description.

Bellotto Matteo's Alpan Experience is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., bad weather, interruption of public services, Wi-Fi network malfunctions, power outages, etc.).

Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of personal items in the apartment and in any ancillary areas (such as, but not limited to, equipment storage areas, gardens, solarium, etc.).

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are responsible for the care of the property, any ancillary areas (such as, but not limited to, equipment storage areas, gardens, solarium, etc.), and all items contained therein, from check-in until check-out. Guests are required to compensate for any damage or theft caused to the property, the ancillary premises, and the related items contained therein.

Assistance through any communication channel is not guaranteed from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

EDITING AND FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of extraordinary events that make it impossible to stay (for example: serious breakdowns, unavailability, etc.), Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo reserves the right to offer an alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.
