• Respect the rules of the Pool and Common Area Owners Community Standards. Always respect the rules of the community, pool and common areas.
• Inmobiliaria Rosemberg is not responsible for theft, theft or criminal behavior produced in the apartment, parking, community areas or swimming pool. • Light consumption in stays longer than 20 days is included up to €50. The consumption of electricity, in stays longer than 20 days, is included till € 50.

• If for health, safety or maintenance reasons the common areas (swimming pools, playgrounds, community parking lots...) are not in use, no right of compensation or any refund will be generated.

• In air-conditioned apartments there is a 2h time limit, which just press it for it to work.
