A lovely, secure and comfortable apartment in the historical building, Parkside Residency, in the fantastic location of the Old Town with all the attractions of Krakow at the doorstep. It comes with private balcony, 24 hours security and an underground parking space. Bed linen and towels washed by ecological laundry service. The space
Very secure apartment in perfect location of the Old Town. 5 minutes walk from the Rynek Main Square and 7 minutes walking distance from the main train station Krakow Glowny where the train from the Airport arrives to. Your journey therefore from the airport is 40 minutes door to door.

THE LOCATION:
The street is well known for nationally recognised life-saving medical research and the apartment is few steps away from the Main Square where restaurants, galleries and bars with live music and attractions are located. Good location for visiting Kazimierz district as well.

There is 24 hours security in the building. The apartment is located on the second floor (there is a lift) and overlooks a private garden.

THE APARTMENT:
45 meters square. Double bedroom, salon with kitchen and double sofa bed, mattress for 1 more person, bathroom, large hallway a terrace with 2 chairs and a table for dining out.
The place is designed to a high standard and comfort by a recognised Polish designer. French windows in the bedroom lead to the balcony with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table. It is perfect for having breakfast outside or read a book with your feet up.
Most of the furniture has been made to measure in Krakow. Oak wooden floors are of good quality. There is a double walk-in rain shower in the bathroom. I particularly love the bathroom's design. It is a retreat!
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, cups and glasses.

You are free to collect the keys at any time of the day or night from the safe box on your arrival and leave keys in the safe box when leaving. The secure car parking space is located in the underground parking.

Other things to note
From the airport it is best to take the fast train to Krakow Glowny and walk 10 minutes from the station to the apartment. Or take a taxi from the airport to the apartment. Bus is the cheapest option and it leaves from the Arrivals at the Airport and takes you to Krakow Glowny where you need to get off and walk 10 minutes to the apartment.
