Designed to perfectly accommodate groups of up to 10 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for privacy and comfort: the primary bedroom features a king bed, a private bath, and an adjacent private den or office with a sliding barn door and a full-size sofa bed. The second and fourth bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. Notably, the fourth bedroom is a detached, shed-converted living space in the backyard, offering complete privacy and a dedicated workspace overlooking coastal and mountain vistas.

This oceanfront gem is packed with high-end details, including luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a full kitchen equipped with professional Bosch appliances. Guests can relax in the living room by the fireplace or enjoy the 70” Smart 4K TV. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This pet-friendly retreat charges a fee of $100 per pet per stay, and an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies after 6 guests. A security deposit of $500 is required. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No smoking is permitted inside the house.
