Designed with a three-level layout spanning 1,413 sqft, the home accommodates up to 6 guests. The first floor features an open living area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor houses the primary suite, which includes a queen bed and a bathroom featuring a bathtub. The loft level, accessed by a fun spiral staircase, provides a cozy space with two twin beds. Please note that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for young children, who may prefer the two main-floor bedrooms.

For digital nomads and remote workers, this home is exceptionally work-friendly. It features two dedicated workspaces equipped with power strips, including a 24" monitor in the loft and lightning-fast 1Gbps internet perfect for streaming and concurrent work.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the outdoor paradise featuring an oversized deck with a dining set, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains and stunning sunsets. The side yard offers a fire pit area with lounge chairs for relaxing under the dark night skies. • House Rules: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or out). No parties or events. No shoes indoors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am. No digital piracy. A $500 fine applies per violation.
• Pets: Not pet-friendly. A $500 fine applies for unauthorized pets.
• Booking: Minimum age to book is 21. Third-party identity verification is required. Stays longer than 29 days require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit. Cancellation policies are strictly upheld; only one date change is permitted if check-in is more than two weeks away.
