This cozy retreat is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a spacious closet, and an attached bathroom with a full shower. The second bedroom provides two twin beds, with the second bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Designed as an ideal retreat for traveling nurses, professionals, or those relocating, the home provides a quiet atmosphere with thoughtful additions. The well-stocked kitchen is a highlight, featuring brand new pots, pans, serving pieces, and beautiful China to elevate your meals. For your morning routine, the kitchen is equipped with both a Ninja coffee maker and a Keurig, along with a toaster, crock pot, and microwave. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay productive, and a functional laundry room—complete with an iron and ironing board—is located just off the kitchen.

Step outside to find a fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing by the fire pit or using the grill. The entire home is available for guest use, with the exception of one locked cabinet in the side mud room.

Located in the heart of the Port City and the original home of Mardi Gras, guests have easy access to hospitals, offices, and vibrant city attractions.
