The layout of this character-filled home is designed for cozy comfort. The ground floor features a welcoming sitting room, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a bath and overhead shower. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 5 guests across two bedrooms. The first bedroom provides a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features a triple sleeper bunk bed (consisting of a double on the bottom and a single on top), with the top bunk being most suited for children.

Located in the vibrant center of St Ives, the cottage puts you within easy reach of local attractions. Please be mindful that the surrounding roads are quite narrow. While there is no private parking at the cottage, guests typically use the nearby Station Carpark (a few minutes away) or the Island Carpark (ten to fifteen minutes away). During the busy summer months, the coach park at the top of town is a viable alternative, with a convenient footpath leading back into the village.

• Check-in: 5:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior agreement (£35 fee). Pets must not be on furniture/beds, not left unattended, and should not use the courtyard as a toilet.
• Seasonal Stay Requirements: July to mid-September requires 7 or 14-night stays (Saturday changeover). Christmas to New Year requires a minimum 5-night stay. Short stays (2 nights) are available outside peak seasons.
• Important Notes: This is an old-character cottage with steep stairs and a courtyard shared with a neighbor. There is no outdoor bin storage; guests are asked to take trash out upon departure (a £3 per bag fee applies if rubbish is left behind).
• House Rules: No smoking, no parties, no unregistered guests, and no eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew and turn down the thermostat when leaving the property.
