Upstairs, an expansive primary suite loft sleeps four, featuring a King bed, pull-out couch, a sitting area with a 50-inch TV, and a private full bathroom. Please note that the loft design means it does not have fully enclosed walls, resulting in limited sound privacy.

Inside, guests are greeted by an expansive living room boasting over 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sparkling water. The space includes a 50-inch smart TV and cozy seating designed for comfort. The fully remodeled kitchen is stocked for general cooking and leads into a beautiful sunroom dining area and sitting space, providing the best vantage points for viewing the inlet. Step outside from the sunroom to an exterior deck equipped with a BBQ.

Set on a private 5-acre estate shared with five other homes, the property is a haven for nature lovers. You can explore a small fruit tree orchard or follow a short hillside path down to the waterfront. Here, you can enjoy a waterfront campfire or take to the calm inlet waters using the provided two kayaks and one stand-up paddle board. Please be aware that the path to the beach can be slippery when wet and requires some endurance for the return walk up.

Located in a central hub, you are just 5 minutes from the 86-acre Illahee State Park and less than 15 minutes from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry terminal. The home is also ideally positioned for trips to the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, Poulsbo, and Port Orchard.
