This inviting retreat is designed for relaxation and adventure, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a guest capacity of 7. The main level offers a bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and a half bathroom. Here, you will find a tastefully furnished dining area designed to maximize water views, a living room with a comfortable sofa, and an electric fireplace perfect for curling up with a book. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and common cooking essentials.

Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom houses a Queen bed, closet space, and the attached bathroom, which features a two-person jetted soaking tub and the home's only shower. For additional guests, a queen air mattress with linens is available in the upstairs closet. Please note that the upstairs bedroom has low ceilings in some areas.

The true highlight of the property is the outdoor experience. Step onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh air and overlook the Puget Sound. The townhouse is part of the Illahee Manor Estate, a stunning 5-acre property where guests can explore a fruit tree orchard and a fountain courtyard. A short, 5-minute hillside path leads to the waterfront for beach campfires and water sports. Two kayaks and one stand-up paddle board are provided for guest use. Please be aware that the pathway to the beach can be slippery when wet.

Located centrally for exploration, you are just a short drive from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Illahee State Park, and various military bases. Within an hour's drive, you can reach the Hood Canal, Olympic National Forest, and SeaTac airport.
