This expansive estate is designed for relaxation and group gatherings, accommodating up to 10 guests. The home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living and dining room alongside an open, equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the ground floor hosts a luxurious master suite complete with an office area facing the Basin, a private bathroom, and a dressing room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with 160 cm beds overlooking the garden, another bedroom with a 160 cm bed featuring pool views, a shower room, and a full bathroom. To ensure additional privacy, a separate cabin provides a peaceful retreat with a bedroom containing a 140 cm bed, its own shower room, and a toilet.

Outdoor living is central to the experience at Les Courlis. The property is situated on a beautiful, enclosed, and wooded lot, featuring a terrace with a dining area perfectly positioned facing the pool. For added convenience, an outdoor bathroom is also available.
