The bathroom configuration includes two spacious bathrooms, with one separate toilet and another located within the master suite's en-suite bathroom.

The heart of the home is a very spacious, bright, and air-conditioned living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a traditional oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender for smoothies, and a dishwasher, complemented by quality dishes throughout.
