Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via self check-in, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a second-floor walk-up apartment requiring the use of front porch steps and one interior flight of stairs. There is no on-site parking available for Unit 4; guests are asked to use legal street parking nearby and avoid the rear gravel lot.

Additional house rules include:

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors (violations may result in a $150 penalty).
• There is no washer/dryer in the unit and no private outdoor space.
• The clawfoot tub/shower has a high step-in and a compact curtain enclosure.
• As this is one of five units in the building, please be respectful of neighbors regarding noise.
