The space
This bright and modern 35 m² apartment is located in the heart of Vieux-Nice, in an old building with authentic charm. Although the building is historic, the interior has been renovated and offers contemporary comfort.

It consists of three rooms:
- one bedroom with a very comfortable double bed,
- a living room with a quality sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people,
- a small separate kitchen, as well as a bathroom with toilet.

The apartment is bathed in natural light and offers a typical view of the rooftops of Vieux-Nice, as well as a nearby church.

Note: There is no air conditioning, but two fans are available to cool the rooms.

Amenities: large TV, high-speed WiFi, linen provided.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment: bedroom, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is fully privatized, you won't share it with anyone.

Other things to note
The apartment is centrally located in Old Nice. Please note that it is quite noisy due to the liveliness of the neighborhood, especially in the evening. There is no air conditioning, but two fans are available for extra comfort.
