Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Luggage drop-off is welcome. Self check-in via smart lock.

House Rules: No smoking or vaping inside or outside. No parties. No digital piracy. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No shoes indoors. A $500 fine applies per violation. Pets must be kept off all furniture, linens, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets must never be left unattended and must be cleaned up after outdoors. No fire pit or charcoal grill use during active burn bans.

Additional Fees & Policies: The base rate covers 6 guests; additional guests are $25/person/night up to the maximum of 8. A $35/night pet fee applies if pets are selected at booking. Stays longer than 29 days require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit. Cancellation policy is upheld strictly — travel insurance is strongly recommended. Extensions are welcome based on availability; shortened stays and date changes are subject to the cancellation policy.
