Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Traveling with underage Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The hotel reserves the right to refuse access to unaccompanied minors. The hotel is not responsible for misrepresentation of age. The guest wishing to book a stay at the Terminus Hotel must have a valid credit card in their name.

2. Accessibility or special needs The Terminus Hotel, housed in a converted historic building, reflects the architectural heritage of its time. Due to regulatory constraints during its construction, some amenities may not fully meet current accessibility standards. We make every effort to warmly welcome all our guests and offer them a service adapted to their needs. Don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and we will best assist you.

3. Parking Information about hotel and nearby parking options is available on our website and will also be provided in your confirmation email. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur in public parking lots.

4. Hotel events The organization of noisy parties or events is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Guests must comply with the municipal regulations in force regarding noise and respect for the neighborhood and limit noise from 11pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund. In accordance with Article 1857 of the Civil Code, Terminus Hotel reserves the right to inspect the suite rented by a guest if they have reason to believe that damage could be caused in the future.

5. Pets No pets allowed within the hotel grounds.

6. Tobacco and anti-cannabis policies As provided by law, smoking is prohibited in the Hotel's suites, in its common areas, and within 9 meters of any outdoor access. A fine of $500 may apply for non-compliance with the law.

7. Dispute Resolution/Issues If there are any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution. We are committed to doing our best to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

8. How We Use Personal Information Terminus Hotel is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We collect and use your information only to process your reservation, provide you with the services requested, and communicate with you during your stay to enhance your experience. 9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terminus Hotel, its officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your stay at the hotel, including but not limited to: bodily injury, damage to property, Property losses and theft, loss of enjoyment, loss of data, loss of profits, damage or loss resulting from the use of the hotel's facilities, damage or loss caused by third parties, damage or loss due to force majeure. You acknowledge and agree that you use the hotel facilities at your own risk. Terminus Hotel does not guarantee that the hotel's facilities will be free of defects, errors, or interruptions. It is important to note that this disclaimer clause does not apply in the event of negligence or gross or wilful misconduct on the part of Terminus Hotel.

10. Force Majeure The hotel cannot be held liable for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations in case of force majeure, in particular in case of natural disasters, strikes, riots or any other event beyond its control.

11. Rights of third parties These terms and conditions do not confer any rights on third parties.

12. Waiver Terminus Hotel's failure to avail itself of any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so later.

13. Independence of clauses If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be removed and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
