Other things to note
We are on the second floor, with designated, covered parking conveniently located right outside the door. Parties, Smoking, and pets are not allowed. The condo is not suitable for children under the age of eight.

The two beautiful pools are shared and heated by the HOA. Guests must follow the HOA rules, including those regarding the use of locked pool gates.
