thank you for booking a serviced apartment........ We remind you below of some general booking conditions:

• Standard check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. If you need an early check-in, go ahead and we'll try to do our best. For check-in after 7pm, we have no problem welcoming you, but the following rules will apply:

For check-in from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm - 20 euros extra cost; Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to midnight (midnight) - €50 extra cost;

• your apartment must be left by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Any check-outs beyond this time must be agreed at least 24 hours in advance with our staff, are subject to availability and in addition to 11:00 hours may require the cost of €15.00 for each hour requested;

• The kitchenette and all dishes must be cleaned and stored correctly in the appropriate spaces. Failure to comply with this condition will cost a penalty of €100.00.

• it is strictly forbidden to engage in conduct that is not respectful of the laws in force as well as the use of our properties for receptions, private parties, events or multimedia productions. We ask that you observe the quiet times in the condominiums, which generally range from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am;

• the confirmation of each reservation is bound by the acceptance by guests of the obligations and rules provided for in the contract and the approval of each part thereof;

• in our properties it is strictly forbidden to smoke (including i-Qos, electronic cigarettes and shisha);

• Guests have the option to report, within 12 hours of their entrance, any cleaning details that were not at the level of their expectations, it will be our priority to arrange an appointment with our staff as soon as possible to arrange what we have reported;

• if it is necessary to request the assistance of our maintenance service, we guarantee a response on the same day if contacted by 5:00 p.m. Alternatively, we'll schedule the next day.
