HOUSE-RULES

1. Inventory and damage

Please handle our inventory carefully. Please put used dishes clean and dry in the cabinets, please close the dishwasher, dispose of the waste in the black garbage can in the garage. If there is any damage to furniture or furnishings, please inform us immediately and we can fix it.

2. Volume and quiet hours

Be respectful of our neighborhood and keep the volume of music or TV to room volume. The general night's rest starts at 22.00 hrs.

3. Visitors

Your visitors are welcome in our holiday home. However, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests stay overnight. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

4. Smoking

It is strictly no smoking all of the space. Smoking is only allowed in the completely open outdoor area. Please keep doors and windows closed so that no smoke enters the house. If there is still a smell of smoke in the accommodation, we will have to charge for the resulting special cleaning costs (e.g. ozone treatment).

5. Pets

No pets allowed in our cottage.

6. Safety and valuables

Before leaving the vacation home, close all windows and the front door and turn off all electronic devices. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. Cleaning

Final cleaning will be done by our cleaning service after your departure. However, please remove major dirt in advance and leave the apartment swept clean.

8. Environment

We care about the environment. Please turn off lights and technical devices when not needed and save water. Thank you!

9. Electric car - Charging

Charging electric cars on the property's mains is not allowed.

10. Candelight

The lighting of candles is generally not permitted in the apartment.

11. Garage use

The garage is exclusively intended for the parking of bicycles and is not suitable for parking cars. Please use the designated parking spaces in front of the apartment to park your vehicle.

Sauna house rules

1. Health & Use

Use of the sauna is at your own risk. Please pay attention to your well-being and leave the sauna immediately if you feel uncomfortable. Persons with health restrictions should consult a doctor in advance.

2. Hygiene

Please shower before using the sauna and use a large towel as a base on the benches. Entering the sauna with swimwear is allowed, however, wet swimsuits should not be placed on the wooden benches.

3. Temperature & infusions

The sauna reaches high temperatures – make sure you get used to the heat slowly. Please only use the infusions provided, as other substances may damage the sauna or pose a safety risk.

4. Safety & Ventilation

After use, please ventilate the sauna for at least 15 minutes. The door of the sauna must not remain permanently open during operation. Please ensure that the sauna is properly turned off after use.
