Spread across three levels, the home is designed for both connection and privacy. The second level serves as the heart of the home with an open living area combining the kitchen, dining space, and living room, all flowing out to a large balcony with patio furniture and stunning Gulf views. The third level provides a serene escape with the second Master and third bedroom, including access to another breezy balcony for watching the sunrise. The ground floor is dedicated to utility and fun, featuring the laundry room, a game table area for family cards, and sliding doors that lead directly to the back patio and beach access.
