This is a non-smoking apartment and parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are provided, though they are not changed during the stay. Guests are asked to provide their own basic consumables like salt and oil. Finally, as cleaning is handled by the owners without a standard fee, guests are required to empty garbage cans and leave the kitchen tidy to avoid a potential €50 cleaning charge.
