For your convenience, multiple outdoor showers are situated throughout the complex to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. The property is thoughtfully furnished with the luxuries of home, making it an ideal choice for a couple or a small family getaway.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are provided with 2 parking passes to hang on their rearview mirror. Per HOA regulations, golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or boats are strictly prohibited in the parking lot. While a starter kit of paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper is provided, guests are responsible for any resupply needed during their stay. Please be aware that guests do NOT have access to the on-site water park, as it is not owned or operated by the HOA.
