A service deposit of €250.00 is required via the Resolution Center 7 days prior to arrival. City tourist tax (15% of booking value) is not included in the prepaid price and must be paid separately. Heating is provided up to 20°C; a Comfort PLUS package for up to 21.5°C is available for an extra charge.

House Rules: Pets are not allowed. To preserve the character of this historic building, noise disturbances are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property; visitors, parties, smoking, and drugs are forbidden. Violations may result in a fine of at least €150.00 or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
