• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Personal delivery). Arrivals after 7:00 PM require autonomous entry coordination.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Registration fee: $18,000 per person (one-time fee for wristbands); children under 10 are free.
• Final cleaning fee: $70,000 (one-time on arrival).
• Policies: No pets allowed (including emotional support animals). No parties, outside visitors, or external personnel (maids, cooks, stylists) are permitted.
• All guests must be pre-registered with ID at the front desk. Reservations are non-refundable with no date changes.
