This first-floor sanctuary is designed for comfort and relaxation. The layout features one bedroom with one bathroom and is configured with one bed, accommodating up to four guests. The sleeping area is equipped with comfy queen-sized beds and new mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. The interior includes a personal shower, air-conditioning, and a smart TV. For your convenience, the clean and modern kitchen space features concrete floors and countertops, providing a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a 2-burner propane stove, a sink, and essential cookware, including a French press for your morning coffee.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a $450 peso fee (well-behaved dogs and cats only; excessive barking is not permitted)
• Early check-in or late check-out: Available upon request for a fee of $500 pesos per request
• Restrictions: Please dispose of sanitary wipes and toilet paper in trash cans to protect the sensitive septic system. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the pool or hot tub to protect the equipment.
