For additional guests, the bright and beautiful living room provides a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates two, making the space welcoming for those who wish to relax or work remotely in complete peace.

Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests may choose between self-check-in via a key box or physical check-in with an on-site representative (please communicate your preference in advance). Please note that physical check-ins after 8:00 PM incur an additional €50 fee payable in cash, except during summer or conference periods. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

To maintain the quality of the home, pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Parties and events are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A security deposit of €500 is required by card before check-in. Guests are requested to dispose of trash and leave the kitchen clean to avoid deductions from the deposit. A copy of your ID may be requested prior to arrival.
