The space
Ground floor apartment in Villa Marguerite with two bedrooms. 70m2 private garden.
Adjoining garage space for one car plus skis, bikes etc. (Futher public parking is outside property)
Town centre location behind the market square, 150m from ski / hiking Gondola.
Property can sleep up to 6 plus cot but a maximum of 4 adults ( Main bedroom double bed, 2nd bedroom bunk beds & Lounge double sofa bed).
There is one toilet and the separate shower room is small.
Inside dining and Garden tables are both provided with six chairs
Baby/toddler items freely available on request. (ie. Cot, High chair, etc.)

Bedding
I have blankets, square pillows a bath mat, a small hand towel and a towel
If needed; rental of sheets, pillowcases and towels €15 for 2 people and €5 per additional person.

Summer activities selection:
Walking, hiking, cycling road and mountain opportunities for all abilities. Route suggestions can be provided.
The Gondola from the town and a mountain chairlift are open July & August for both walkers and cyclists (VTT)
Canoeing down the valley May-Sept, local Swimming pools mid June to mid Sept.
Saveurs food festival in Ax in early September each year
For families the Wolf Sanctury, Accrobanch and various caves are nearby

Winter selection
Alpine ski:
Ax-3-domaines gondola 150m
Andorra GrandValiva 30 mins, Puymorens 20 mins
For families / beginners Ascou or Camurac 20 mins.
Cross country ski:
20 mins drive for Chioula or Plateau Beille 35 mins. Chioula also has a long luge slope.
