This spacious home accommodates up to 8 guests with a thoughtful layout. The first floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and a full closet, alongside a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second floor offers a king size bed, twin bunk beds, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. For additional sleeping arrangements, the open-concept living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Designed for relaxation and fun, the home is packed with features to keep every guest entertained. The living area is a great place to relax with three Smart TVs, while kids and adults alike can enjoy old-school arcade games on the multicade and various board and card games. Younger children will love the cozy, comfy book nook equipped with a light table and Magnatiles. The home also provides a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a drip coffee maker and Keurig, and a dining table with seating for eight.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. As Addie's Abode is half of a duplex, quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Pets, parties, smoking indoors, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. A signed rental agreement and a $125 security deposit hold are required. Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior doors.
