Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: a King bed in the first-floor bedroom, two additional bedrooms on the second floor each featuring a King bed, and a third-floor space equipped with 4 twin-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Designed for relaxation and socialization, the property boasts a great open layout. You can make yourself right at home in the spacious living room, which opens into a well-equipped kitchen. The interior is enhanced with new beautiful LVP flooring and comfortable furnishings, providing the perfect environment to soak in the A/C after a day in the sun.

While the home provides a serene escape, its location is truly unmatched. Guests can enjoy Gulf views from the deck or take a morning coffee onto the private balcony to admire the horizon. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The primary tenant must be 25 years or older and provide a government-issued ID at check-in
• Pets: Not allowed
• Stay Requirements: June and July rentals are Saturday to Saturday only; all other times require a 3-night minimum stay
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds are provided for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation is ordered by authorities.
