Registration and Communication: -All guests must provide their contact information and complete the check-in process as required by Airbnb. -Maintain open and timely communication with us before, during, and after your stay for any questions, requests, or emergencies.

Capacity and Visitors:
-The studio can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
- No additional visitors are allowed
Hours: -Check-in will be from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be before 11:00 a.m. These times are flexible upon request and availability. -Out of respect for the neighbors, keep the volume down and avoid excessive noise between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., during quiet hours.

Maintenance and Cleaning:
- Guests are expected to keep the studio in good condition and return it in the same condition in which they found it. -If you want additional cleaning during your stay, let us know in advance to coordinate and schedule it.
No Smoking and No Pets:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the studio and in any internal area of the building.
- No pets allowed in the studio.
Use of Facilities:
-Use the appliances, furniture and other elements of the studio in an appropriate and respectful manner. -If you use the kitchen, be sure to wash the dishes and utensils used.

Compliance with the Law: Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations during their stay.

Events and Parties: No events, parties or large gatherings are allowed in the studio without prior authorization.

Safety:
