This unique 62 m² apartment is nestled on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and is split over several levels to create a dynamic living space. The layout features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first level houses the bathroom and the first bedroom, while the upper level contains the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140 x 200 cm), with one featuring blackout blinds and the other featuring electric shutters for your comfort.

Designed for relaxation, the bright living area opens onto a balcony offering stunning views of the beach. The interior includes a spacious lounge with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and TV, alongside a dedicated dining area. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen comes prepared with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, cookware, dishes, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, and a Senseo pod coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, and a washing machine, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

One of the apartment's greatest assets is its exceptional location. The beach is directly in front of the residence, placing the sailing club, beach club, and land sailing activities just a few steps away. For a bit of exploration, Nausicaá, Europe's largest aquarium, is only 400 metres away on foot. Parking is made easy with street parking available in front of the residence, as well as the nearby secure Enclos La Plage and Nausicaá car parks.
