One of the most exclusive perks of this suite is the private access to the rooftop deck, which guests may enjoy exclusively between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

While the suite offers a private sanctuary, guests have full access to the extensive common areas of The Castles. These shared spaces include a welcoming reception area, a parlor featuring a fireplace and pool table, a library on the second floor, and a large front porch new in 2026. For outdoor enjoyment, there are two screened-in porches and the aforementioned rooftop deck. Practical conveniences include a premium vending machine for 24-hour snacks and a hot and cold water refill station, as well as a shared kitchen and dining room.

For those seeking recreation, the property provides access to an inground pool, a sauna, and the Silver Lake dock, which includes both a deck and a floating dock for waterfront activities.
