• Pet Policy: This condo is dog friendly. A pet fee is required (please inquire for cost), and up-to-date shot records must be provided. A designated pet area is located on the parking lot side of the property.
• House Rules: No rentals to students or individuals under 25. A minimum of one parent is required for every two guests under 25. For security, the home is equipped with an external door camera on the front door.
