Its en-suite bathroom features a double vanity with marble countertops and a spa-like finish. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, a Trundle bed, a Smart TV, and ample closet space. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa in the living area ensures everyone has a place to relax without feeling squeezed.

Parking is provided for one vehicle in a private covered spot, with additional parking available near the grey trash area; parking on the street, grass, or pine straw is prohibited. Because the property is owned by Palmetto Dunes, a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid pass is included, with additional passes available for $35 per week. Quiet hours are enforced by the town from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. To make your beach days easier, 4 beach chairs and beach towels are provided.
