Designed for residential living, the layout is spread across two floors. The ground level features an open-plan design where the kitchen flows naturally into the dining area and living room. The living room is anchored by a Roku Smart TV, providing plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, air fryer, and panini grill. For added convenience, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer and a half bath are also located on the main floor.

Sleeping arrangements are located entirely on the second floor, accessible via stairs. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen bed, all with standard cotton linens. A clean and straightforward full bathroom is shared among the bedrooms upstairs.

One of the highlights of the property is the private back porch. Shaded and spacious, it is the ideal spot for an evening reset with a charcoal grill, beanbag toss, and a Tetris game.
