About Property

Experience the serenity of the Sonoran Desert at Rockcastle Ranch, a premier retreat in Wittmann, Arizona, offering breathtaking views of the White Tank Mountains and exceptional privacy. This expansive estate is thoughtfully designed as a sanctuary for families and groups, providing a perfect blend of shared gathering spaces and secluded retreats.

The estate features a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The main house layout is centered around a striking living room with an oversized velvet sectional, a large-screen TV, and a custom-built bar equipped with a beer tap and wine fridge. A spacious great room extends the living area with a comfortable family room, a dining area for eight, and a game table for chess, checkers, and backgammon. For culinary needs, the fully equipped kitchen boasts expansive countertops, premium appliances, a high-end range, a KitchenAid mixer, and a dedicated coffee station.

Sleeping arrangements in the main house include a private primary suite wing with a king-size bed, pull-out sofa, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and oversized dual-head shower. Other main house bedrooms include a room with a queen-size bed and sunset views, a nostalgic 'Coca-Cola Room' with a king-size bed, and a child-friendly room with a twin bed and twin-over-full bunk bed. Adding to the estate's versatility is 'Dave's Place,' a fully self-contained private casita featuring its own king-size bed, living room with a pull-out sofa, fully stocked kitchen, and a front porch with a BBQ.

Outside, you can unwind in the sparkling swimming pool, lounge in the outdoor seating areas, or enjoy the beautifully landscaped desert grounds.

Located in the quiet rural landscape of Wittmann, the property offers incredible stargazing and a sense of beautiful isolation. While secluded, you are only 15 to 20 minutes from Surprise, Arizona, for dining and shopping. Outdoor enthusiasts can easily access Lake Pleasant or hiking trails at White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Because of the rural location, a personal vehicle is essential; however, the property offers massive parking for multiple vehicles, oversized trucks, trailers, and RVs.
