Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom for ultimate relaxation, a Queen bed in a comfortable and inviting second bedroom, and a versatile third bedroom equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed with a trundle—perfect for children or larger groups. For additional flexibility, the living room serves as a fourth sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed. Every guest is provided with fresh linens, pillows, and bedding.

• Pets: Allowed (maximum of 2 dogs, preferably aged 2+; specific breed restrictions apply; pet fee required; dogs cannot be left home alone unless crated)
• Minimum booking age is 25 with valid ID required
• The booking guest must be present during the stay
• A separate signed Renter's Agreement is required to complete the booking
• No parties, no smoking, and no illegal activity
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• The fireplace is for display purposes only and is not available for guest use
