About Property

Discover the ultimate coastal escape at The Pier Perch, a one-of-a-kind ocean-view condo perfectly positioned in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Perched as a top-floor corner unit at Pier Watch Villas, this spacious retreat is all about ocean breezes, stunning balcony views, and creating lasting memories with family and friends just steps from the sand.

Designed for larger groups, this two-story layout offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests in beds. On the main level, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom featuring two twin beds, sharing a hall bathroom. The upper level provides four additional sleeping quarters: a primary suite with a king bed and a second suite with a queen bed—both offering balcony access and ensuite bathrooms with jetted tubs and walk-in showers—along with two additional queen bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and cable channels.

Inside, the home glows with coastal blues and soft peach accents. The open-concept living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring a large flat-screen TV and two dining tables perfect for family meals and game nights. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a full beach week, providing all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare everything from seafood dinners to pancake breakfasts.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with corner L-shaped balconies on both floors offering the best seat in the house for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. Guests also enjoy access to the oceanfront pool deck, community grilling area, and incredible views overlooking the famous Cherry Grove Pier.

Located directly across the street from the beach, you are minutes away from Main Street restaurants, beach bars, ice cream shops, and live music. A short drive brings you to Barefoot Landing, championship golf courses, and various shopping attractions.
