Built as a duplex, you will have the entire property all to yourself, providing double the space and double the fun, while still offering peace and quiet when you need it. This charming retreat is beyond comfy and serves as the perfect home base for an unforgettable island getaway.

Designed for groups, the layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The unique configuration includes two separate living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, giving families or friends plenty of room to spread out or come together.

The location is prime, situated mid-beach halfway between East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village. You are perfectly positioned just 0.2 miles from the Myrtle Street Beach entrance on a stretch of sand that is not tide dependent. Guests can enjoy walking distance to local favorite restaurants including Crab Daddy's, Porch, Fiddlers, and Barrier Island Brewing. Parking is a breeze, with dedicated space available for your golf cart rental.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Age: Guests must be 25+ to book. During GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30+, or children accompanying parents; no student groups are permitted.
• Pets: This is not a pet-friendly home.
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the home, on the porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property.
• Events: No parties or events are permitted. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group are allowed.
