The first bedroom features a King bed and a sleeper sofa, complemented by a private en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, with access to a shared hall bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower.

Outside, you can embrace the coastal lifestyle in a relaxing lounging area equipped with a charcoal grill, creating the perfect setting for sunny afternoon barbecues and cozy evening gatherings.

Location is everything at Summertime Cottage. Situated mid-beach, the property is perfectly positioned halfway between East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village. You are just 0.2 miles from the Myrtle Street Beach entrance, providing access to a stretch of shoreline that is not tide-dependent. Exploring the local scene is a breeze, as you are within walking distance of beloved island dining favorites such as Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. For those exploring the island, parking is easy and includes dedicated space for a golf cart rental.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please note the following house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking is permitted inside the home, on the porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property
• Minimum age to book is 25. During GAFL weekend (the last weekend in October), the minimum age increases to 30, or guests must be children accompanied by parents; student groups are strictly prohibited
• No events, parties, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group are allowed
