Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom serves as a spacious primary suite featuring a King bed and a sleeper sofa, accompanied by a convenient en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, with a shared hall bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower available for all guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, where you can step outside to a relaxing lounging area equipped with a charcoal grill, ideal for hosting afternoon barbecues and cozy evening gatherings. To make your trip even easier, the home provides free beach gear, including beach chairs and towels.

Located mid-beach, the property is situated halfway between East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village. You are just 0.2 miles from the Myrtle Street Beach entrance, a stretch of sand that is not tide-dependent and offers plenty of walking room in both directions. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, putting local favorite restaurants such as Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch just steps away. Parking is simple, with dedicated space available for your vehicle and any golf cart rentals.

To maintain the quality of the retreat, please note that this is not a pet-friendly home. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, on porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property. No events, parties, or additional overnight guests beyond the original booking group are permitted. The minimum age to book is 25; however, during the GAFL weekend (the last weekend in October), the minimum age increases to 30, unless guests are children accompanying their parents; student groups are not permitted during this time.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Whether you are exploring the village or soaking up the sun, The Livin's Easy is your perfect home base for an unforgettable getaway.
